The technology will enable officials to monitor when each container is opened and locked, as well as track the time between opening and securing the containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system was initially tested in 250 containers during the previous examination period. Following the pilot programme, KNEC plans to extend the technology to all containers this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The council has also introduced additional measures to strengthen examination security. These include monitoring the movement of examination materials, controlling access to papers and improving the management of examination containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to KNEC, examination papers will be packaged differently for morning and afternoon sessions to make it easier to identify the correct materials. Officials have been warned that opening the wrong container will be treated as a serious breach of examination procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidate information will also be personalised on examination papers.
